Full Time GVLC - Golden Hill, San Diego, CA, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1103 Salary Range: $21.00 To $25.00 hourly Job Title Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Center-Based ABA (No evenings or Weekends) Job Description Center-Based Therapy - Multiple San Diego Locations Golden View Learning Center is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide center-based ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays. Locations Available Oak Park, CA Vista, CA What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a center-based setting Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Teach social, communication, play, and daily living skills using play-based strategies Communicate client progress with supervisors and caregivers Maintain confidentiality and professionalism Support a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment Schedule Monday–Friday only 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Center-based only — no driving between clients (unless working at more than one location) Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time 30+ hours/week) Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and certification) Bi-yearly wage increase opportunities Monthly attendance bonuses Paid training at clinical rate Paid Safety-Care training RBT certification training provided Bi-monthly paid staff trainings GVLC Candidate Program for aspiring BCBAs Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Employee Assistance Program Sick pay: up to 80 hours annually Unpaid time off plus company-observed holidays Required Qualifications High school diploma Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire (training provided) TB test and background check (reimbursed) At least 18 years of age with valid identification Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage in active movement throughout the day (with or without reasonable accommodation) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children Reliable transportation Why Join Golden View Learning Center?
