Position : Roofing Sales Consultant
Compensation
Plus 12% commission on closed sales.
Responsibilities
Might be able to use the company's truck
Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments.
Not be afraid of heights.
Perform roof inspections.
Identify storm, wind, and hail damage.
Explain the insurance claims process.
Prepare estimates and proposals using Xactimate.
Present financing options.
Close residential roofing projects.
Keep all customer information updated in the CRM.
Coordinate with production until the project is complete.
Request Google reviews and referrals after each completed job.
Requirements
3 or more years of Experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license and no criminal record.
Comfortable climbing ladders.
Organized and self-motivated.
Experience in roofing, construction, or in-home sales.
Experience in Restoration processes through insurance.
Ability to work evenings and occasional Saturdays.
Ideal Candidate

Strong work ethic.
Comfortable earning income through commissions.
Wants to build a long-term career instead of just finding another job.
