Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' unique goals and rehabilitation needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, averaging one patient per hour to ensure focused and individualized care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies to aid in reducing pain, improving strength, and enhancing overall mobility.
• Develop comprehensive, goal-oriented care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment modalities and techniques.
• Utilize your expertise in manual therapy and exercise protocols to facilitate recovery and promote wellness.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of each patient’s care, progress, and treatment outcomes to track effectiveness and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate regularly with other healthcare professionals to formulate cohesive treatment strategies and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Maintain a clean professional record, free of board or disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and proven ability to develop specific exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to enhance operational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
