Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader for the Cutover team.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including defect management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empirical delivery.
Support integration with waterfall-driven workstreams such as data migration, testing, and cutover.
Ensure team alignment to program timelines.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Integrator Partners, and SAP consultants to maintain a clear and prioritized cutover plan.
Facilitate story refinement and sizing sessions including user stories, technical tasks, and SAP-specific enhancements.
Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and risks across other SAP streams and legacy systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models in a structured environment.
Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and managing cross-team dependencies.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in Jira and other tools such as Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents.
