This is an opportunity to join an established, design-forward dispensary serving the Beverly Grove, Fairfax, and greater Central Los Angeles community. Our client is focused on creating an elevated retail experience built around exceptional cannabis products, knowledgeable service, and a welcoming environment. We're looking for someone who brings more than traditional retail experience. Cannabis experience is important for this role. The ideal candidate understands the products, enjoys educating customers, brings positive energy to the floor, and takes initiative without needing to be constantly directed. The store is currently strengthening its team and is looking for someone who can come in, contribute immediately, and help create the kind of environment where both customers and employees want to be.

What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service to dispensary customers.
- Educate customers on cannabis products and help them select products appropriate to their preferences and needs.
- Build genuine customer relationships and contribute to an exceptional in-store experience.
- Accurately operate the POS system and process customer transactions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of available products, brands, strains, and product categories.
- Keep product and store information organized and accurate.
- Assist with inventory management and help ensure products are properly maintained and nothing is overlooked or expired.
- Maintain a clean, organized, presentable sales floor.
- Take a proactive approach to the customer experience rather than waiting to be directed.
- Contribute positive energy and help motivate the team during both slower periods and high-volume rushes.
- Support management and teammates wherever needed to keep store operations running smoothly.
- Help maintain the high level of customer service reflected in the store's strong customer reviews.
Successful candidates will bring:
- Previous cannabis dispensary or cannabis retail experience .
- Strong cannabis and product knowledge.
- Previous front-of-house customer service and retail experience.
- Confidence using retail POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
