Lead Respiratory Therapist Evenings - Sign on Bonus!

Overview Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week. The Respiratory Department Manager oversees day-to-day operations, collaborates with the Director to develop and implement education programs, facilitates clinical operations, and supports daily operations. The role includes staff recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and ensuring policies and procedures reflect current practice standards while ensuring the department is adequately stocked with supplies. Education and Training Graduate of an AMA approved program for Respiratory Care. AS or BA/BS preferred. Licenses and Certifications Current MA Respiratory license RRT required NRP required BLS required Qualifications and Skills Excellent organizational skills Minimum of 5 years as a Respiratory Therapist Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to perform all functions of the Respiratory Therapist’s Job Descriptions Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work within a budget Preferred Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with all age groups Command of verbal and written English Demonstrate clinical competence Ability to set up a variety of clinical equipment Other Duties Note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Compensation Salary Range: $38.07-$59.08 per hour. Salary determined after considering work history, experience, skill set, and education.
