Mazda of Columbia is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional car-buying experience by offering excellent customer service and sales expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in the selection and purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles while ensuring their satisfaction at every step of the process.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable and professional guidance on vehicle selection, features, and pricing options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight features and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and current sales promotions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and achieve dealership goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the dealership's CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve sales skills.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
