Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate will assist in preparing orders for warehouse storage and organizing the warehouse by company or customer specifications for received orders. Will move, stock, scan, secure, and record inventory as needed. Will use hand and power tools, and powered equipment related to the storage or movement of items. Warehouse Associates at some locations will additionally perform custodial and/or detailing tasks.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Execute daily warehouse operations, including moving, storing, staging, loading, and unloading equipment and materials.Receive, inspect, verify, and process inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and condition of goods.Support inventory management activities by conducting inventory counts, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools.Prepare, stage, strap, and secure loads for transportation to ensure safe handling and delivery.Process orders and support administrative functions related to picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.Complete required documentation and administrative records, including receiving logs, equipment inspection logs, and pre-task plans.Maintain warehouse documentation and records, including receipts, packing slips, shipping labels, delivery notes, and other shipping/receiving documentation.Monitor and update inventory records to ensure timely and accurate reporting of material movements and stock availability.Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards to promote a safe and efficient work environment.Assist with facility and equipment upkeep, including cleaning vehicles and equipment, setting up materials, and building crates or shipping containers as needed.Support field and rigging operations by preparing, organizing, and supplying equipment and materials required for project execution.Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs to ensure operational readiness.Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while performing warehouse activities.Follow established safety practices and maintain a safe, organized work environment for team members and visitors.Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.Ability to safely lift, carry, push and pull materials and equipment in a warehouse environment.Basic understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to following safety procedures.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:This is very physical, hands-on work. A Warehouse Associate must be able to perform General Physical Activities — activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to work off the ground at varying heights and not be affected by moving machinery or parts. Work may vary between indoor, climate-controlled, or normal warehouse environment and non-temperature-controlled environment and/or outdoors in all types of weather, and over uneven ground or terrain.Additional Requirements:Work with a Top-of-Mind Awareness for the safety of yourself and everyone at the job site.
