This position will also communicate with parents and problem-solve issues in the CampLife app and contribute to the team's bigger projects. This position exemplifies the core values of Pine Cove by being Christ-centered, others-focused, and seriously fun.# **Job Description:******Job Responsibilities***** Communications Support + Assist with preparing, sending, and reporting on email campaigns and other digital communications + Oversee the thank you card process + Support all marketing virtual event communication needs + Perform updates to the website* Content Preparation + Use templates to create marketing & communications assets + Do research, coordination, photo sourcing, and other content prep for magazines, blog posts, and the storytelling process + Point person for photography asset management* CampLife & Summer Media + Prepare and publish all global CampLife content + User acceptance testing (UAT) for all CampLife dev work + Oversee CampLife summer support + Help prepare for and train summer media teams* Responsible for other tasks as directed.****Job Qualifications***** Agrees with and exhibits behaviors in accordance with the Pine Cove Statement of Faith* Maintain compliance with all Pine Cove policies and procedures during employment including the Staff Policy Handbook* Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws* Must establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, managers, and external constituents, including demonstrating consistent Speed of Trust behaviors* Is self-motivated with a desire to serve and do all things with excellence* Adjusts to changes in environment or schedule while maintaining a joyful attitude* Possess current driver’s license and able to drive company vehicles as needed* Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience required* Experience on summer media or other summer staff opportunities at Pine Cove* Ability to multitask and keep track of ongoing tasks throughout the day* Encouraging and professional verbal and written communication skillsPine Cove exists to be used by God to transform the lives of people for His purposes and His glory!
