What You'll Be Doing

• Room patients & take vital signs
• Manage check-in/check-out and scheduling
• Handle prior authorizations, referrals & care coordination
• Document in EMR systems
• Support providers with patient calls, prescriptions, and prep work
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
• Communicate with patients, providers & insurance companies

What You Bring

• 1+ year of front office MA experience
• EMR experience
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinic
• Professional, polished communication

• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)

• Specialty or oncology experience
• CMA, phlebotomy, or additional clinical skills
• Scheduling, data entry, or patient coordination experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bedford, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
