Responsibilities:

• Drive organizational growth through business development and market expansion initiatives
• Build and cultivate strategic relationships with professionals, business owners, and prospective partners
• Identify, recruit, and develop high-performing talent and future leaders
• Lead virtual consultations, business presentations, and opportunity discussions
• Mentor team members and support leadership development programs
• Implement proven systems and processes to enhance team performance and scalability
• Collaborate with leadership to execute growth strategies and expand market presence
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and talent development efforts
