We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department at our skilled nursing facility in Ellicott City, MD. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for clinical quality, staffing, survey readiness, and day-to-day operations of the nursing team, working closely with the administrator and interdisciplinary team. Qualifications: Active Maryland RN license in good standing Nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (DON or ADON preferred) Working knowledge of state and federal regulations, survey process, and MDS Strong leadership, staffing, and budget management skills Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and supervise the nursing team Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and survey readiness Manage staffing, scheduling, and the nursing budget Oversee care planning and resident outcomes Partner with the administrator and interdisciplinary team #J-18808-Ljbffr Gilder Search Group
