In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to every customer that enters Rimrock Subaru. You will leverage your knowledge of our inventory, vehicle models and sales techniques to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (in person, via phone and social media), a passion for helping people, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Training and coaching will be available. Remember, this role is built around daily activity, phone calls, follow up and setting appointments! If you're not comfortable being on the phone, following up, and working leads daily, this is not the right fit.Job Type: Full TimePotential Pay: $48,000 - $150,000+ per yearIncome: New Sale Associates will be guaranteed $4,000 if you sell 8 units within the month. If you sell less than 8 units you will be guaranteed $3,000.If you have Automotive Sales Experience, We can discuss a viable option for pay based on your provable skill level!This pay is good for the first 90 days, after 90 days you will go to the traditional pay plan.
