Brand Marketing & Sales Assistant
A2I Enterprise is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Marketing & Sales Assistants. In this role, you will represent AT&T business products and services while engaging directly with local business owners and decision-makers throughout the Austin area.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in developing professional communication, sales, and client relationship-building skills in a performance-driven environment.
ResponsibilitiesRepresent AT&T products and services to prospective business clients
Engage with local business owners and decision-makers through face-to-face outreach
Build professional relationships and identify potential sales opportunities
Present product information and answer questions regarding available business solutions
Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales process
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales objectives
Attend ongoing product knowledge and sales training sessions
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation for local travel
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or related fields is helpful but not required
100% commission-based compensation
Weekly payouts
Earnings are based on individual sales performance
No guaranteed hourly wage, salary, or base compensation

This is an in-person, business-to-business sales position representing AT&T products and services. Compensation is commission-only and based on individual sales results.
