Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Operations Research, Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with large-scale data sets and expertise manipulating data. Advanced skills in large-scale data analysis and visualization, across multiple analytics platforms. Project management skills. An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write comprehensive reports and distill findings into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Keen attention to detail. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at one time, often under tight deadlines. An energetic, team-oriented professional who is passionate about innovation and analytics. Preferred Qualifications Experience and expertise in data analytics packages. Familiarity with optimization models and how they can be applied to transportation, network, and supply chain systems. Familiarity with high-level modeling languages like Python and Julia. Leadership skills. Passion for work that benefits the public good. Job Description As a Data Analyst, you will play an important part in the company’s growth and development. You will leverage your deep analytical skills to clean, manipulate, and interpret data sets, generating analyses which will inform decision-making and solutions for our clients. You will engage on multiple projects at once, often at the early stages of the project life cycle, receiving and distilling client data and turning it into clear, actionable insights for other members of our team. Your analyses will help to inform internal processes, deliverables and recommendations for clients, and future business opportunities. You will engage with clients on a day-to-day basis, maintaining the link between the company and our clients. Acting as a liaison, you will represent the company to clients and internally represent your clients within the company. You will manage each client project, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. Within this role you will manage project timelines, lead client meetings, conduct software trainings, ensure product quality, give presentations, and organize client work within the team.
