KAW GAMING INCORPORATED – Slots Department Manager on Duty Immediate Supervisor: Lead Manager on Duty Wage Information: Salaried – required hours Qualifications Excellent communication, organizational and team building skills with proven leadership and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work any shift as needed, including weekends, nights, and holidays. High school diploma or G.E.D. Minimum of two years’ experience as a slot supervisor or higher. Ability to pass extensive background checks and obtain a gaming license. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Responsibilities and Duties Monitor employees and guest disputes, ensuring all machines are in good running order. Assist with proper training of employees. Provide input to the Lead MOD concerning operational deficiencies and areas needing attention. Orient and continuously train new floor employees. Act as General Manager in the absence of the Lead MOD, communicating problems to the GM. Ensure guest satisfaction and improve casino operations. Fill temporary positions during staff shortages. Handle all paperwork and reports accurately. Maintain stamina and a professional attitude under pressure. Resolve disputes with guests and employees. Maintain machines in compliance and identify irregularities that could lead to violations. Interact with guests pleasantly and professionally. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Assist fellow employees when needed. Wear gaming badge on the upper left quadrant at all times while on duty. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
