Fleet Business Manager

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Fleet Business Manager to lead the performance, safety, and cost effectiveness of our delivery fleet supporting wholesale foodservice customers. In this on-site role, you’ll oversee fleet budgets, maintenance, routing, and compliance to ensure reliable, customer-focused delivery across the Western U.S. You’ll manage vendor relationships, analyze fleet KPIs, and partner with operations and sales to align capacity with demand. Drawing on your transportation expertise, you’ll drive continuous improvement, support a culture of safety, and develop a high-performing fleet operations team within a stable, family-owned company.
