As an Activities Director, you will play a vital role in creating a fulfilling and engaging experience for our residents, fostering a sense of community and purpose. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care. $21.00- $23.00 Hourly Responsibilities: Develop and implement meaningful activities and programs for residents, incorporating various formats such as arts, crafts, games, and outings Collaborate with the care team to ensure activities align with resident interests, abilities, and needs Conduct resident assessments to identify interests and abilities, and create personalized activity plans Coordinate with families and caregivers to ensure residents is fully engaged and involved Manage and maintain activity supplies, equipment, and budget Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and businesses to access resources and services for residents Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in activities, recreation, or a related field Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of adult day care and long-term care regulations and best practices Health Care Benefits available- vision, dental, and medical #J-18808-Ljbffr Lotus Villa & Memory Care
