Key Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a high-volume dining environment.
Proven leadership skills and a strong management background.
Open availability and a genuine desire to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the general manager on project planning and staff management.
Nurture positive working relationships with team members.
Delegate daily tasks and address issues promptly.
Supervise staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
