What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll help keep our operation running safely and efficiently by:
Supporting machine crews and production teams throughout the facility
Retrieving and returning cutting dies according to production schedules
Assisting operators with feeding stock and material handling
Helping stack finished products and prepare orders for shipment
Operating forklifts and transfer carts (training provided)
Maintaining clean and organized work areas
Following all safety procedures, 6S standards, and lean manufacturing practices
Supporting product quality and food safety requirements
Working as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement
Assisting in other production areas as needed
What You Bring
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Commitment to safety
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
High School Diploma or GED preferred
