Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 2 days in office per week)
Job Type: Direct Hire We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead the optimization and ongoing evolution of our client's Salesforce ecosystem. This role will have high visibility across the business, supporting initiatives across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Position Requirements:
- Strong experience administering and configuring Salesforce environments
- Multiple Salesforce certifications required
- bility to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Working knowledge of Apex, triggers, and/or Visualforce
- dvanced Excel skills and proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office
- bility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- dvanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, AgentForce Specialist preferred)
- Experience with newer Salesforce tools or platforms
- Own the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of multiple Salesforce environments
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Manage and prioritize end-user requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Configure and enhance Salesforce (custom objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, automation)
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
- Drive process improvements through system enhancements and best practices
- Collaborate with a global Salesforce team and mentor junior administrators
- Champion a strong user experience and act as a proactive problem solver
