We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team at The Darwin. As a member of our front desk team, you will have the opportunity to create an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests. What you'll love about this role:
- Welcome and serve each guest with exceptional service, both in person and over the phone
- Check guests in and out in a friendly and timely manner
- Create a positive and inviting atmosphere for our guests
What we're looking for:
- A team player with a genuine smile and a love for people
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Strong attention to detail
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months of related experience and/or training
- Hotel front desk experience preferred
