In Timonium, MD, our Maintenance team keeps automated and semi-automated lines running safely and efficiently—supporting products that touch everything from airplane engines to OLED displays.

Your impact

• Maintain uptime through proactive predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair issues spanning mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
• Calibrate and test components and assemblies; verify performance with the right tools.
• Execute work orders and capture accurate details within the CMMS.
• Collaborate across Maintenance, Facilities, Operations, and external contractors to meet production targets while upholding EHS and Quality standards.

Where you’ll work and when

On-site in Timonium, MD, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. We’re hiring for two shifts and will consider candidates for either. Ability to work all scheduled hours, plus required overtime and holidays, is essential.

• C-Shift: Thursday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts), plus Wednesday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
• D-Shift: Thursday PM –Sunday AM, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (three 12-hour shifts), and every other Wednesday PM - Thursday AM, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient reading of manuals, schematics/blueprints, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Effective communicator and team player.

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently; stand for the full shift; reach, bend, squat, and kneel as needed.

Preferred experience

• Hazardous waste handling; electrical work.
• Exposure to injection molding and melt-blown operations.

• Hourly pay range: $32 - $36 per hour (anticipated range at posting; subject to change).
