Global Merchandising Coordinator

to our Broomfield-based Global Merchandising team! This entry-level position supports the Global Merchandising team as they implement their strategies for Crocs, the industry-leading casual footwear brand. The Coordinator maintains accurate seasonal product line information, owns the global sample ordering process, and coordinates activities across a diverse set of functions in support of the Global Merchandising and Regional Merchandising teams. They act in service of merchandising teams around the world to simplify tactical and process work. The role has a broad view of the organization with access to many functions and is able to connect people and actions to ensure the product line can be delivered to market simply and accurately. What You'll Do

Serve as the primary owner of O9 for the Global Wholesale Merchandising team, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product and assortment data across O9 and Centric while ensuring system readiness, timely updates, and alignment to seasonal calendars, merchandising milestones, and go-to-market deliverables. Coordinate and support major merchandising milestone meetings, ensuring decisions, timelines, and deliverables are communicated and implemented across cross-functional teams. Implement, maintain, and enforce seasonal calendars, processes, and tools that enable successful execution across Category Management, Regional Merchandising, Planning, Product, Development, and Operations teams. Provide cross-functional support to Category Management, Regional Merchandising, and Planning teams by helping translate seasonal line decisions into actionable assortments, tools, reporting, and go-to-market deliverables. Maintain, update, and communicate changes to key go-to-market tools, decks, reports, and segmentation documentation in response to global product line additions, changes, and drops, ensuring alignment with channel, consumer, regional, and assortment strategies. Collaborate with channel leads and merchandising partners to define and refine the wholesale marketplace, ensuring product placement and assortment decisions align with strategic business objectives. Support the maintenance of the Product Line Tracker and partner with the Planning team to ensure seasonal bookings, forecast information, product changes, and key line decisions are accurately reflected, providing visibility and insights that support seasonal planning and go-to-market execution. Support the preparation of recurring business reports, including bi-weekly updates and ad hoc analyses, providing leadership insight into product, marketplace, and business performance trends. Partner with Master Data Management, Product, and Development teams to ensure accurate product setup, on-time material creation, data integrity, and regular auditing of product records. Own the weekly add/change/drop process in partnership with Product Management, Development, Planning, and Operations teams, ensuring all seasonal updates are accurately reflected across systems and tools. Effectively communicate and collaborate with global cross-functional partners across regions and functions, adapting communication to diverse audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. What You'll Bring to the Table

At least 2 years of applicable experience. Degree from college or university or equivalent experience preferred. Desire to learn about merchandising, product, sales and/or marketing. Demonstrated ability to organize, create, and document process. Proven ability to think and act proactively. Proven ability to work effectively with others and keep others on track. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and at least 2-3 years of digital literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
