Supervisor- Sterile Processing - RDS-Nights

As a Supervisor in Reprocessing and Distribution Services (RDS), you’ll lead the teams responsible for ensuring safe and sterile surgical instrumentation and equipment. This role focuses on quality, safety, and compliance across instrument decontamination, packaging, sterilization, and distribution processes, ensuring regulatory standards and infection prevention practices are consistently met. Additional Experience and/or Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, related field, or equivalent and three years of management experience is preferred. Experience in supply chain operations, customer service, or related environments preferred.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills are required. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) in word processing, spreadsheet, and computer data entry skills are necessary. Knowledge of reprocessing principles, quality assurance, inventory control, and continuous performance improvement concepts is preferred. Must be able to read, write, and understand English. Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, written and oral communication skills and ability to meet project timelines. License or CertificationCRCST certification (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) required within 18 months of departmental hire.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
