Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse II is located in Burlington, Massachusetts. This position involves rotating 12-hour shifts with day and night schedules, requiring candidates to work every other weekend. The role demands a minimum of zero years of experience, and candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlington, Massachusetts
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (7 p.m. 7:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. 7:30 p.m.), rotating in 4-week blocks from days to nights; weekly start dates (Mondays); minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the AHA; No travel required; minimum of 0 years of experience; must be separated from the organization for at least 6 months if previously employed there (permanent, per diem, or contract)
• Preferred Qualifications: National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, Level 1 trauma experience (required if no prior travel experience)
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Day one pass/fail testing will be administered. Relias practice tests will be available via Relias. Ratios will be between 1:4-6 and will include floating to emergency department holds, inpatient holds, post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), and other boarding units. Floating occurs in 4-hour blocks; although rare, floating every 4 hours may happen. No Christmas time off will be approved.
