Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals.• Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success.• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching.• Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations.• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement.• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team.• Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment.• Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

As a District Sales Manager for Champion Window, you must be a successful, confident sales leader who has experience effectively leading sales business. Excellent communication and leadership skills are vital for your success in this role.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
