Schedule Options – All Shifts Available
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle:
1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Overtime + frequent Saturday work available
Note: All new hires complete orientation and initial training on 1st shift.
What You’ll Do
Assemble and install electrical systems, wiring, and components on truck bodies
Build and test mechanical and hydraulic systems for cranes, booms, and heavy equipment
Install lights, alarms, cameras, and other electrical features
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Perform functional testing and quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
Troubleshoot electrical and wiring issues using critical thinking skills
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete builds
Document work, inspections, and test results accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or installation
Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing production
Basic understanding of hydraulic systems
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred (Not Required)
Vocational or technical training (electrical, mechanical, industrial)
Experience with hydraulic assembly, repairs, or testing
Previous manufacturing or equipment assembly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buchanan, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.80 - $21.80/hr.
