• Coverage Need: Approximately 10 shifts/month
• Current Priority Need: July coverage
• Schedule Flexibility:
  • July: Mostly night shifts available
  • August & September: Mix of day and night shifts
  • Open to providers covering alternating months/shifts
• Shift Times:
  • Day: 6:00a-6:00p
  • Night: 6:00p-6:00a
• Minimum Commitment: 6-7 shifts per week during coverage blocks
• Call: None

Candidate Requirements

• Profession: Critical Care/ICU NP or PA
• Board Certification/Eligibility: Required
• License Requirement: Active Montana license or Compact License required
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Experience Required: Surgical ICU experience

Practice Details

• Setting: SICU only
• EMR: Cerner
• Trauma Designation: Level III Trauma Center
• Department Beds: 10
• Facility Beds: 10
• Patient Population: Assigned rounding patients
• Collaborating Team: Trauma Surgeons with fellowship-trained intensivist support

Additional Notes

• Coverage needed due to provider maternity leave.
• Strong procedural and ICU management background preferred.
• Flexible scheduling opportunities available for alternating shifts/months.
