We are seeking a Prep Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen staff! You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.

Job Summary:
The Prep Cook staff assists cooks and kitchen personnel in preparing, cooking, and serving food while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. They help ensure efficient kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, cleaning equipment, and following food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist cooks with food preparation, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
• Prepare basic food items as directed by the head cook or chef.
• Keep workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
• Receive, organize, and store food supplies properly.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with plating and serving food when needed.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by supervisors.
