Controller CFO

Job Description The Controller will be part of the Operations team with both operational and financial experience and knowledge to support Ohara Davies Gaetano Interiors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and 5+ years of senior accounting and operational experience. The candidate should be passionate about consistently administrating weekly, monthly, quarterly tasks, while also implementing new business processes into high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate must be steadfast about meeting deadlines and be someone who has demonstrated flexibility in meeting the needs of a challenging, dynamic, and fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities Consistent and timely disbursement of billings including product account balances, hourly billings, and reimbursements. Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, fixed asset records, sales tax accounting, cost accounting, human resources, and other operations. Safeguard assets and assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing disciplines of internal audits and controls and checks. Produce timely financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.) for division to be integrated into overall corporate financial reports. Develop, improve and issue timely monthly financial records for ownership and senior management. Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals. Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, products costing, etc. when necessary. Manage treasury and cash management function with division. Supervise overall Operations (including: Safety, Security, Computer Services, Supplies, Facilities Maintenance, Human Resources, etc.).
