What You'll Do

Oversee building and grounds maintenance
Handle repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep)
Supervise and support a maintenance assistant
Track work orders and safety checks
Make sure repairs are completed safely and on time

What You Need

High School Diploma or GED
Maintenance or facilities experience
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and work independently
Ability to lift and move equipment or furniture
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
