This onsite position invites experienced SLPs (CCC required) to make a direct impact, providing high-quality speech and language services at public school campuses in the vibrant San Marcos area. Your assignments will be thoughtfully matched to your strengths and preferred grade levels, and you’ll serve students on one to two campuses—ranging from early childhood to high school and specialized programs for young adults. Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work with Pre-K through 12th grade students

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60 students
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
• Deliver services in person at assigned campuses (virtual or Voco options are not available)

The contract runs from early August through late May, with a consistent 37.5-hour workweek aligning with the school calendar.
