Job Description Job Description The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor supports the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance team's daily operations to ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and operational. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, assisting in scheduling tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to maintain a productive work environment. Responsibilities * Assist in supervising and coordinating maintenance staff and activities. * Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks to team members. * Monitor and inspect equipment and facilities for proper functioning. * Ensure maintenance tasks comply with safety and quality standards. * Assist with inventory control of maintenance supplies and parts. * Report maintenance issues and progress to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel as needed. * Support emergency maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
