About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with policy questions, claims, and coverage options.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates to better serve clients.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
