Job Description

Our busy body shop is currently searching for an outgoing Customer Service Representative to join our team! The CSR / Accounting Clerk is responsible for answering and providing excellent customer service to our customer base. Responsibilities include dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, greeting and assisting customers and potential customers, working with a variety of insurance providers, answering phones, emails, and all inquiries, handling payments and transactions, responding promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving customer complaints, obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints, processing orders, credits and requests, directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments and complaints, recording details of actions taken, communicating and coordinating with internal departments, and following up on customer interactions. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements Qualifications: Customer service experience required, some accounting experience required, good communication and people skills, strong computer skills, bodyshop or automotive knowledge preferred but not necessary, strong work ethic and ability to work with a team.
