What you will have an opportunity to do: Morning Breakfast Cook Embassy Suites by Hilton – Marlborough, MA Do you enjoy preparing delicious breakfasts and starting your day early? Embassy Suites by Hilton in Marlborough is looking for a dependable, energetic Morning Breakfast Cook to join our Food & Beverage team. Our complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast is one of the highlights of our guests' stay, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in creating a great dining experience. Schedule Typical hours: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Weekend availability is required Holidays may be required based on business needs Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast items according to Embassy Suites and Hilton standards Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and cooking stations Ensure food is prepared safely, accurately, and in a timely manner Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout breakfast service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with stocking, prep work, and cleaning duties Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to provide an outstanding guest experience Qualifications Previous breakfast or line cook experience preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Strong attention to detail and food quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Us?
