Growth Hacker

We’re a profitable Nordic e-commerce company specialising in precious-metal recommerce — helping consumers unlock value from unused gold and jewellery through a fast, trusted, digital-first service. After building a strong market position in the Nordics, we’re now preparing to accelerate our expansion into Germany and are looking for a highly analytical Growth Hacker to drive that journey. You’ll work directly with leadership and own the German growth engine from first campaigns to scalable market operations. What you’ll do Lead the German go-to-market end-to-end positioning, messaging, sequencing, channels, and local growth strategy. Run and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, affiliates, partnerships, comparison sites, SEO, CRM, and emerging acquisition channels. Continuously test and optimise the funnel: ads, landing pages, onboarding, conversion flows, pricing communication, retention, and trust mechanisms. Build growth loops and identify scalable acquisition opportunities with strong CAC/LTV dynamics. Analyse user behaviour, drop-off points, channel performance, and conversion data to continuously improve growth efficiency. Localise and refine the customer experience for German consumers selling gold and jewellery online. Build and improve operational processes around intake logistics, verification flow, customer communication, and partner coordination. Collaborate closely with Nordic operations, tech, and leadership to ensure Germany becomes a smooth, scalable, compliant operation. Own growth KPIs and adjust tactics with speed, precision, and strong analytical thinking. Who you are A highly hands-on growth hacker / growth generalist with experience launching or scaling consumer internet businesses in Germany. Fluent in German (native or near-native). Strong understanding of German consumer behaviour, trust dynamics, compliance expectations, and digital purchasing psychology. You move fast, test fast, learn fast, and iterate relentlessly. Comfortable switching between performance marketing, analytics, operations, experimentation, automation, and customer experience. Highly analytical and data-driven, while also sharp on messaging, positioning, and UX instincts. “Why is this funnel converting better?” “Where are we losing trust?” “Which channels are still underpriced?” “How do we improve conversion without increasing CAC?” Experience within recommerce, marketplaces, fintech, luxury goods, logistics, or regulated consumer categories is a strong plus.
