Painter Sentara Norfolk General HospitalThe Painter is responsible for all phases of commercial painting and finish work for walls, equipment, buildings, and other structural surfaces. Requires knowledge, skills and abilities in the interior design, painting, power washing, wallpaper installation and removal. Some facilities will cross train the Painter to assist with furniture moves, cleaning of vents, and other Environment Service needs.EducationHigh School diploma or equivalentCertification/LicensureVirginia or North Carolina Drivers' license in good standing (no excessive points) requiredExperience2 years related experienceThis is an on site position for Sentara Norfolk General HospitalWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $28.66 - $44.66 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
