Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our client's transformation/ Cloud migration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into technical solutions. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and recommending improvements to support the migration efforts. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Document detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories. Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into technical specifications. Facilitate workshops and meetings with business and IT stakeholders. Participate in testing, validation, and rollout phases of the transformation project. Provide support and training to end-users as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required. 7-10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst. 2-3 years of experience working on cloud migrations projects is required. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Ability to analyze and translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
