Job Description
A South Florida General Contractor is hiring a Senior Job Cost Accountant to manage multiple construction projects in different phases. From inception to completion, processing all project financial aspects.
\n \nRole Description & Responsibilities: Full-time, on-site role based in Deerfield Beach, FL.
\n♦ AR
\n♦ AP
\n♦ Maintain aging receivables/payables
\n♦ Training and assistance – Project Analyst
\n♦ Process vendor invoices through Textura
\n♦ Process owner draws from preparation through payment
\n♦ Project Budget Management
\n♦ All subcontracts and POs
\n♦ Change orders
\n♦ NTO and releases
\n♦ Preparation for and presentation at monthly Owner Financial meetings
\n \nQualifications
\n♦ Associate degree in business or accounting
\n♦ 4 years’ experience of accounting experience or equivalent combinations of training and experience
\n♦ 4+ years’ experience in the Construction Industry
\n♦ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
\n♦ Good verbal and written communication skills
\n♦ CCIFP is a plus
\n♦ Computer skills: Advanced Word and Excel. Experience with SAGE Intacct, Textura, and Procore is a plus
