Woodworking Machinist

Every custom door tells a story-and it starts with you. In this story we are looking for team members to create something tangible, learn a new skillset and solve problems while producing an extraordinary door! What will I do?

- Take ownership of an automated CNC machine that will cut materials
- Machine setup/load correct tooling, secure material onto machine bed
- Enter data into computer
- Machine start up and monitor the process with adjustments
- Quality checks using calipers, rulers and tape measure
- Solve problems by diagnosing issues on CNC machine
- Meet company-wide continuous improvement goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ensuring with OSHA standards
- Starting wage of $21.32/hr with $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift
- 1st shift (Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm)
- 2nd shift (4 days/10hour shifts – Monday through Thursday 2pm – 12am)
- Overtime available for the team to help meet deadlines
