As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your station, leading its day-to-day execution with the skill and consistency our kitchen depends on. You'll maintain the cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen as a whole, uphold all state and federal food safety and sanitation standards, and help inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure every meal is handled with care. Strong knife skills, the ability to execute recipes with precision, and a commitment to station standards are essential - as is contributing to ordering, inventory management, and kitchen sanitation audits as needed.
