Role Description

The Florida Territory Sales Manager is a Full-time, Hybrid role responsible for growing sales and building relationships within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, being on-site working out of our Boca Raton showroom and maintaining it to company standards, managing existing accounts, and coordinating closely with the dealer network and internal teams to support project needs. The role involves conducting virtual and in-person meetings with clients, providing product education, preparing proposals, and following up on bids to drive revenue. The Florida Territory Sales Manager will also deliver training on products and processes, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and represent The French Steel Company’s brand and service standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales experience, with a track record to develop territory strategies, manage pipelines, and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Ability to train and educate dealers, partners, and clients on product features, installation considerations, and value propositions.
• Experience in building materials, architectural products, or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, virtual meeting platforms, and standard office software is preferred.
• Previous Florida Window & Door sales with knowledge of Florida impact codes preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight for client visits and project management as needed.
• Will need to pass standard drug test & criminal background check
• Ability, if needed, to travel to the Caribbean for project sales.

Salary and Benefits

• $85,000 salary + A gross commission on sales. Annual sales goal of $2,000,000
