Grounds Keeper

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping grounds and buildings in top condition. The Grounds Keeper will play a key part in ensuring the property is well-maintained, supporting both daily upkeep and larger projects. This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours, offering a great work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas
- Use a magnet to remove screws, nails, and other debris from parking lots
- Assist with cleaning and painting tasks as needed
- Support larger maintenance projects as part of a team
- Help unload trucks and assist parts runners with deliveries
Qualifications
- Experience with lawn care and general maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Compensation
This is a part-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm, for a total of 20-25 hours per week.
