• Specialty Backup Available: 4 anesthesiologists/day ; 15–18 CRNAs/day
  
• Support Staff Available: Anesthesiologists: 4/day, CRNAs: 15–18/day
  
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage / Vacation Coverage

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active PA license
  
• Board: NBCRNA required
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  
• Other Qualifications: Vascular, neuro, and thoracic experience preferred; OB optional
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide anesthesia care under the medical direction of anesthesiologists at a maximum 4:1 ratio
  
• Manage anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical cases including General, ENT, GYN, OB, Plastics, Endoscopy, Urology, Orthopedics, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, and Neuro
  
• Float between three facilities: DuBois, Clearfield, and Brookville as needed
  
• Perform regional blocks and epidurals as desired
  
• Cover cases in 11 ORs, 2 hospital GI suites, 3 GI suites at the CRNA-led endo center, bronchoscopy lab, and cath lab
