Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee individualized ABA treatment programs and provide clinical leadership to behavior technicians. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor client progress, provide caregiver training, and ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards. Our BCBAs receive extensive scheduling, reporting, billing, recruiting, training, and administrative support—allowing them to spend more time focused on clinical care and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on each client's needs and family goals.
• Analyze client data and modify treatment programs to support measurable progress.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to behavior technicians.
• Train parents and caregivers to apply behavior-support strategies consistently.
• Collaborate with families, technicians, clinical leaders, educators, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Complete clinical documentation, progress reports, treatment updates, and authorization materials accurately and on time.
• Monitor treatment integrity and ensure services comply with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional-development activities.
• Promote a positive, supportive environment centered on client dignity, family partnership, and meaningful progress.

Required Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field.
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure, if required by the position's location.
• Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans for children with autism.
• Knowledge of functional assessments, behavior-reduction strategies, skill-acquisition programming, and data analysis.
• Ability to supervise and develop behavior technicians effectively.
• Strong written documentation, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care.
• Ability to satisfy all applicable background-check and credentialing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA services in both clinic and home-based environments.
• Experience conducting caregiver training and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with insurance authorization, clinical reporting, and treatment-plan review requirements.
• Previous experience mentoring RBTs, practicum students, or aspiring BCBAs.
