Client Service Associate (Portuguese)

Support bankers and investors in performing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client base. Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialist and operations areas in a timely and professional manner. Actively contribute to the team, assisting with the execution, completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews. Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to, trades, transfer, wire transfer, credit, and investment. Qualifications Series 7 License 5 years of industry related experience Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills Excellent interpersonal skills Self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules and regulations, as well as Itau’s related policies and procedures Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
