Work Locations:  Babylon, Massapequa, Levittown, Coram & Plainview

Job time:  Full-time

Hours: 40 per week.

Pay: Open to Negotiation

Job Description:

The Internal Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary and specialty care in a strictly outpatient setting, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Responsibilities will include managing a wide range of adult medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, infectious diseases, and preventive health care. Chronic disease management, wellness counseling, and coordination of care with subspecialists are anticipated. This role is ideal for physicians seeking clinical excellence, lifestyle balance, and long-term financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outpatient consultations for adult patients across a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
• Diagnose and manage chronic diseases including cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory, and metabolic disorders.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through regular follow-up.
• Collaborate with subspecialists and primary care teams to ensure continuity of care.

Experience/ Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in adult medicine.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
