Newrez is seeking an REO Loan Officer to convert leads from our REO foreclosures into funded loans and long-term mortgage relationships. You will operate in a high-velocity, lead-driven environment with speed-to-contact, pipeline management, and borrower engagement as core duties. You’ll work closely with agents, listings teams, and operations to move deals from inquiry to close. Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a producing loan officer, strong purchase mortgage experience, an active NMLS #J-18808-Ljbffr Coast One Mortgage
